Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours.

Sometimes things beyond our control occur, which can delay the processing of your order, in which case we will be in contact with you via email as soon as we become aware of any such instance.

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping.  Once they have possession of your order, delivery time frames are unfortunately out of our control.  We watch the tracking as much as you do, to make sure everything is going smoothly, and that it is not taking an unplanned holiday around Australia, although if that does happen, there is very little we can do about it except watch its adventures unfold and make phone calls to annoy Australia Post to attempt an intercept to get it back on track.
