•  Products for sale on our website are ready made and ready to ship.

​•  All of our handmade products offered for sale on our website are offered with photos and written descriptions.  These photos form part of the description.  The photos shown for each item are of the actual product you are purchasing, not a generic photo.

•  With the exception of the Flowtool, all other products on our website are handmade by us.  As such, there may be small imperfections that you would not see from mass factory produced product. Any such imperfections we are aware of will be listed in the description. Handmade items are made by hand and with love by us, in Australia, not by machines and factories.
